Please Note: there is NO FREE Shipping, we do offer FREE "HOLD" service. What is HOLD service? It allow customers to make multiple small orders over a period of time and have each order on HOLD without having to pay large shipping cost for each order. Over time the customer can request to have their multiple paid orders shipped all at once for a much cheaper shipping cost.Shipment processing
All orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 3-4 business days. Orders containing pre-ordered or out-of-stock items will not be processed until all items become available. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canadian/US/International Shipping are provided by Canada Post and CanPar, and rates vary based on both weight and distance.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipping method will always include tracking, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you don't receive one in what you feel is a reasonable amount of time, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@thundercomicscanada.com.
Missing Mail and Lost Packages
Thunder Comics Canada is not responsible for missing or lost packages, but we will help in any way we can in reaching to a resolution.

Shipping Damage
Thunder Comics Canada takes great care in packaging your purchase to that it will arrive at your home in the same condition as is it was when it was prepared for shipping. Thunder Comics Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but we will help in any way we can in reaching to a resolution. Please contact us at info@thundercomicscanada.com.
Customers who receive damaged products must inform Thunder Comics Canada by email within 48 hours of delivery notification of receiving the products, and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting Thunder Comics Canada.
Customers wishing to return items with shipping damage may do so under after meeting the same conditions as the "Printing Damage" section of our Refund Policy.
