Payment Information
What is the curreny of this site?
The site is based in Canada, but users can select the appropriate country code to display prices in their respective country.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Interac. For a faster checkout experience, we offer Shop Pay. We also accept digital wallet payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additional payment options may be available through Shopify.
My credit card has been declined or is about to expire?
Please use another credit card during your checkout process. No credit card information is saved within Thunder Comics Canada inc. If you saved your credit card information with Pay Pal or Shop Pay for faster payment process, please go to the respective site to log into your account and update your credit card information for future orders on Thunder Comics Canada store.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can verify the status of your order on the site at any point in time by clicking "View Order Status" on your "My Account" page. An explanation for the different status terms follows.
Pending MC Approval
Verifying shipping and billing information.
Credit Approved
Order accepted and has begun processing.
Ready to Ship
Your order has been pulled and packaged and ready to ship. We can no longer make changes to this order.
Ready to Pick Up
Your order been pulled and packaged and ready to pick up. We can no longer make changes to this order.
Shipped
Your order has been packed and processing is complete. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
Pending New Releases
Your order is being held because it contain new items that are scheduled for Wednesday release. It will be shipped this coming Wednesday, when the new books arrive.
Declined
Your order has not begun processing due to invalid billing information – Please update your account and contact us.
Pending Payment
Card is expired or error in billing information. Please contact us.

General Information
Does Thunder Comics Canada have customer support?
Yes! Thunder Comics Canada offers customer support 7 Days a week. Please click the Shopify online store chat at the bottom right of your screen or email info@thundercomicscanada.com to reach one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Do all comics come with FREE bags and boards?
Every comic book is shipped to our customers in a bag and board, absolutely FREE, or unless indicated. The thinner trade paperback also comes in Free bag and board. The larger trade paperback and hardcover unfortunately do not.
What condition are the New Comic Release in?
All of our new release comic books are brand new and in "Near Mint Minus" or better condition unless stated. Please note that Thunder Comics Canada definition of "Near Mint Minus" can be seen by viewing our grading policy, which can be seen by clicking this link: Comic Grading.

Does the cover on the website represent the final product?
Cover art is subject to change by the publisher, without notice, and Thunder Comics Canada is not responsible for such changes and is not responsible to exchange or refund orders for such comics. Back issue comics will represent the final product that you will see on Thunder Comics Canada site.
Can I order multiple copies of any titles?
Yes you can. However, all items and quantities ordered are subject to availability at the time of fulfillment, and Thunder Comics Canada Inc. reserves the right to limit/reduce the quantity fulfilled, and to modify or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled, or for any reason. You can order any quantity via "Future Pre-Orders" section, up to two months in advance of release date, and orders must be submitted before the cutoff date for a given week by "This Week Pre-Orders". Majority of "This Week New Release", will be limited to the amount you can buy.
When do you post This Weeks New Releases?
New releases of standard and regular variants are posted every Friday for books arriving the following Wednesday. All comics (standard, regular variants, ratio variant comics, etc) are posted on Tuesday's the day before the Wednesday release day.
How does free pickup works?
- Go to Thundercomicscanada.com, make your selections, choose Can Pick Up.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please confirm ahead of time the date and approximate time of pickup to ensure your items can be pulled to provide to you quickly.
-We’ll ask for your order number and ID, and staff will give you your order.
- Enjoy your comics, and thank you for your support!
Do you have Sales?
Unless otherwise noted, all sales are discounted off the list price. On occasion there will be sales on top of the discounted price. The final price you’re paying will be displayed in your cart.
What happens if an item in my order turns out to be unavailable or the listing is incorrect?
We always try to keep our inventory and site listings as up to date and correct as possible, but sometimes, an error may occur. We will always try to find a solution that leaves everyone happy, but in the case of an unavailable issue or incorrect solicitation, we may have to refund or adjust your order.
Do you buy Collection?
We certainly do! If you have any old comics, toys, or collectibles you'd like to sell, please email info@thundercomicscanada.com to reach one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Shipping
Duties & Customs Alert
While tariffs do not apply for U.S. orders, the $800 USD duty exemption no longer applies. Duties, if charged, are the customer's responsibility.
Do I pay for shipping?
Shipping cost is passed onto the customers. As Thunder Comics Canada grow and we meet certain thresholds with our vendors and suppliers cost of shipping can go down and those saving will be passed on to our customers.
How does "HOLD-DON'T SHIP" works?
Did not buy enough products and want to save on shipping. Select "HOLD - DON'T SHIP" as your shipping method at checkout for your multiple orders until you reach a 25lbs weight. We will send you a notice to confirm your shipping is ready. To ship your hold box, you can find the link at multiple locations (Quick Links, Footer, FAQ) and click on Ship my Hold Box Please! I will start the process to prepare your orders and send you the shipping charge.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). These are estimated time frames and can be affected by inclement weather, sales, holidays, or increased order volume.
How will my parcel be delivered?
During checkout, you will be given the option to choose between Can Pickup, HOLD - DO NOT SHIP, and Xpresspost. All orders are often ready for pickup or to be shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). While we always will work our hardest to get your order shipped within 2-5 business days, there are sometimes periods of high volume; such as Holidays and unforeseen events that could delay processing. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions about when your order may be shipped.
EXCEPTION: New releases ordered in advance will be available for Pickup, On Hold or ready to be shipped on Wednesday (new release day) based on the shipping option you had chosen during your order.
Shipping Method - You always have a choice while finalizing an order to choose any of the shipping methods we offer. Expedited Parcel is the least expensive and secure method as it comes with delivery tracking and insurance with a delivery time frame of 2 to 8 days.
If your order was lost or damaged in transit?
If the order was damaged, keep the packaging! We may need it to file for insurance on the package; it may be difficult to refund you if we aren't able to process our claim. You must inform us of any damage to your order within three days of receipt.
Orders and Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the collectability of the comics and merchandise we sell, we are unable to accept returns on comic books, back issues, graphic novels and items. If you are uncertain about the grade of your comic book, please review our Comic Grading Glossary, which details how Thunder Comics Canada grades all comics. While we do not grade our graphic novels, books and magazines, and they are stored and handled with great care, no guarantee of condition is made unless stated. If you still feel you've received a damaged or mis-shipped item, please contact us at info@thundercomicscanada.com and we can look into this. Please be aware that we need to be contacted within a few days of the delivery date of an order to resolve any potential order issues.

Tracking my order
Log into your account and navigate to orders and select the order number you would like to get an update on. Within your order you will see a tracking number from the carrier. Click on it to navigate to carrier's website to get the most up to date information on the status of your order.
I haven’t received my order
We apologize that your order has not yet reached you. For all orders we are able to file claims with the carrier service if the order has not been marked as "Delivered" 2-3 days after the set delivery date. Please contact our customer service team at info@thundercomicscanada.com with your order number and we will assist you right away!
Can I cancel an order that I just submitted?
All sales are final, but send an email to info@thundercomicscanada.com and we can look into seeing what we can do for you. A 25% service charge will be charged on the total cost of refunded items.
