Change of Mind

Thunder Comics Canada officially does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, whether on pre-orders or in-stock items. By placing an order for in-stock or pre-order items, the buyer is committing to purchase all the items selected, regardless of the date received. On-sale dates are approximate and are not guaranteed.  But please reach out to us soon after your purchase and your reason why you would like a refund and we will look into it and let you know our decision as soon as possible by replying to your purchase notification or at info@thundercomicscanada.com with your purchase order number.

The customer is responsible to read the full description of the items purchased and to make inquiries prior to completing checkout. Final cover images may vary from the promotional image issued by the publisher. Thunder Comics Canada will not accept returns for errors made in this area.

Accidental Purchase

During the process of purchasing multiple comics, you can accidentally select a comic or two you did not mean to purchase, it happens to all of us. please reach out to us soon after your purchase and your reason why you would like a refund and we will look into it and let you know our decision as soon as possible by replying to your purchase notification or at info@thundercomicscanada.com with your purchase order number.

If Thunder Comics Canada notices a pattern based on purchases and requests for refund multiple times, Thunder Comics Canada will not provide any additional refunds for abuse of process.

Printing Damage

We ship comics in a condition that will grade at 9.2 or higher. We do not accept returns on product purchased unless the product contains printing damage that will result in a lower grade. If a buyer wishes to return a product, they must first contact Thunder Comic Canada at info@thundercomicscanada.com and provide photos showing the area of concern.

Thunder Comics Canada does not accept returns for items with minor imperfections such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear that will still grade 9.2 or higher. Certain publishers now print many covers on low quality paper, which usually reach us with minor imperfections.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the buyer must return the product at their expense within seven calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived with no additional damaged as was indicated.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and ensure it is still in good condition. If it is, the cost (not including shipping) will be refunded. If the product is damaged in any way, or if the return process has been initiated after the maximum time has passed, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

These conditions also apply to items that are damaged in the shipping process.
